- Roadmap Development: Create comprehensive technology roadmaps that align with our business objectives and the 2026 vision.
- Innovation Management: Lead the evaluation and pilot programs for experimental technologies to ensure they are viable for future deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technological concepts and future strategies to executive leadership and cross-functional teams in clear, compelling language.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor technology adoption and emerging trends to maintain our competitive edge.
- Resource Allocation: Recommend budgets and resources for R&D initiatives focused on the 2026 timeline.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D management.
