Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business vision.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced Robotics) to identify high-value opportunities.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to define feasibility, scope, and strategic direction for new initiatives.
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to provide actionable insights and risk assessments.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Prototype and validate concepts for future products to de-risk innovation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting within a high-growth tech environment.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of current and upcoming tech trends, specifically in AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Analytical Mind: Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into clear, strategic narratives.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making without direct authority.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to C-suite executives.
