Responsibilities
- Architect and implement next-generation AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning systems.
- Collaborate with quantum hardware researchers to develop quantum algorithms for optimization problems.
- Lead the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Optimize neural networks for edge computing environments to ensure low-latency deployment.
- Conduct research on ethical AI and bias mitigation in autonomous systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML research.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit or Cirq.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
