Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on emerging AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs), reinforcement learning, and generative adversarial networks.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and deploy robust machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams with zero-latency inference.
- Predictive Modeling: Develop cutting-edge predictive models to forecast market trends and technological shifts, providing actionable insights for the executive team.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety in all automated decision-making processes.
- Prototype Development: Rapidly prototype and validate novel algorithms in sandbox environments before full-scale production deployment.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex research into intuitive, user-centric AI products.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience with quantum computing libraries is a plus.
- Research Experience: Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or leading significant research breakthroughs.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and high-performance computing.
