Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures capable of handling exascale data processing.
- Lead the Research & Development team in creating predictive models for future market trends.
- Collaborate with quantum computing specialists to hybridize classical and quantum algorithms.
- Define the technical roadmap for next-gen autonomous systems and neural interfaces.
- Ensure all systems adhere to the highest standards of data security and ethical AI compliance.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership roles.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with experience in TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is a significant plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
