Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology impact roadmaps for AI, climate tech, and neurointerfaces
- Lead cross-functional sprints with MIT-caliber engineers to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic foresight briefings to C-suite and global innovation councils
- Curate and analyze emerging tech signals (Web4.0, decentralized governance)
- Build partnerships with frontier research institutions (Singularity University, Future of Humanity)
- Drive innovation culture through monthly 'Horizon Scanning' workshops
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or venture innovation
- Published work on technology forecasting (e.g., IEEE Future Trends)
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum AI, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ technology ecosystem mapping
- Fluency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
