Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead strategic scenario planning for disruptive technology adoption across industries
- Partner with R&D to prototype and test breakthrough solutions with real-world applications
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and industry forums
- Build and manage an internal innovation incubator with $5M annual funding
- Drive sustainability initiatives by aligning tech innovation with ESG imperatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or bio-digital interfaces
- Executive presence with experience advising C-suite on transformational change
- Published research or patents in future-focused technologies
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Fluency in futures methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, etc.)
