Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen products/services for 2026 market readiness
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech labs to co-develop emerging solutions
- Present disruption impact reports to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed recommendations
- Design and implement ethical innovation protocols for AI, biotech, and quantum computing applications
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts while fostering a culture of experimental learning
- Curate annual 'Future Horizons' summit featuring industry pioneers and thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing long-term roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS from APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
- Experience leading global remote teams across 3+ time zones
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
