- Mentor junior futurists in methodologies like horizon scanning and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic innovation or corporate foresight roles
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Experience with Delphi method, cross-impact matrix analysis, and trend mapping
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech commercialization from concept to market
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., Association of Professional Futurists)
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for responsible innovation
