Responsibilities
- Design and execute horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Develop predictive models for market evolution using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Facilitate executive workshops translating complex futures into strategic priorities
- Create innovation blueprints for clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping future-state solutions
- Author thought leadership reports published in industry journals and conferences
- Build and maintain a global network of domain experts and futurist practitioners
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent experience
- Experience developing innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Portfolio of published futurist work or successful transformation initiatives
