Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, economic, and social trends to develop 2026+ strategic frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions

- Partner with R&D teams to validate emerging technologies
- Build external innovation ecosystems with academic and industry partners
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling skills
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformation
- Published work in futurism or innovation thought leadership
