Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 'Horizon 2026' trend reports analyzing technological, social, and economic disruptors
- Design strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration and AI governance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into product development priorities
- Advise executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in biotech, climate tech, and neurotech
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer 2026-vision research
- Present strategic vision to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of publishing influential trend analyses in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful translation of foresight into commercial strategies
