Responsibilities

- Present executive-level foresight briefings with data-driven recommendations for R&D investment

- Author thought leadership content positioning the company as a future-industry authority
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related technical field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record translating future trends into commercialized products or services
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and technology impact assessment
- Proficiency in AI-powered trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, custom ML models)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex futures into executive narratives
- Published author in futurist or innovation journals (IEEE, Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Experience scaling innovation frameworks across global organizations
