Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for C-suite stakeholders
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align long-term research with market opportunities
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness and innovation maturity
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
