Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop predictive strategic frameworks for clients across Fortune 500 industries
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with C-suite executives and R&D teams
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario planning documents for global stakeholders
- Design and implement foresight methodologies including Delphi studies and trend impact analysis
- Collaborate with AI research teams to integrate predictive analytics into strategic planning
- Present findings at global innovation forums and publish in leading industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing predictive frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, scenario planning, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Published thought leader in futures thinking or innovation strategy (required)
- Proficiency in foresight tools including Trend Hunter, Gartner, and Foresightworks
