Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and global megatrends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligning with organizational vision and future-proofing initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate disruptive solutions and identify blue-ocean opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into strategic planning and investment decisions
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for board-level presentations
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across product development and business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3.0 implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFP, Foresight Practitioner) required
