- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Author thought leadership positioning Nexus Horizons as the industry's future authority
- Quantify market opportunities and risks using scenario planning and probabilistic modeling
- Drive cross-functional adoption of innovation methodologies across all business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial success
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and board experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
