Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 technology and market foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging opportunities and strategic pivots
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and presentations for executive decision-making
- Identify and nurture partnerships with startups, research institutions, and thought leaders
- Design and implement innovation metrics to track progress against future-state goals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills to communicate complex futures
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive teams and drive organizational change
- Portfolio showcasing foresight projects or published thought leadership
