Responsibilities
- Forecast disruptive technologies and societal trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive teams and key stakeholders
- Author trend reports and white papers published in industry journals
- Design and validate prototype concepts for future market applications
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor innovation teams on emerging technology adoption frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with patent strategy and IP commercialization
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
