Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum AI, neurointerfaces, climate tech) and develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives and R&D teams
- Produce annual FutureTech Horizon reports with actionable innovation recommendations
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify disruptive startups for acquisition/partnerships
- Design ethics frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems and biotech applications
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and technology summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research on exponential technologies or disruption forecasting
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence points
- Experience building strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 technology transitions
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or APF)
