Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product/service strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with research institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Present strategic insights to executives and stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight methodologies and innovation frameworks
