Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, socio-economic, and geopolitical domains to identify disruptors for 2026+
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings on future-state implications
- Advise leadership teams on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity capture strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis methodologies, and technology assessment frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or relevant technical field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS) preferred
