Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and communicate strategic foresight frameworks to guide product development and business transformation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough technologies with 5-10 year commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards with data-driven conviction
- Establish metrics to track innovation ROI and future-readiness maturity
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or market transformations
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership or recognized industry speaking credentials
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
