Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends and emerging technologies impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for clients across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation sectors
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future scenario planning and innovation roadmapping
- Produce high-impact trend briefs and strategic whitepapers for C-suite decision-makers
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and market entry strategies
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor cross-functional teams in applying futures thinking to product development and market positioning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures studies or innovation strategy (articles, reports, books)
