Responsibilities

- Present trend analysis and future scenarios to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-focused thinking into product development
- Monitor global disruptors and competitive intelligence in tech and innovation ecosystems
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for cutting-edge insights
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruptive innovation frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech trends
- Experience publishing thought leadership in tech or innovation publications
