Responsibilities
- Forecast technological, social, and economic trends impacting 2026-2030 markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for product/service innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Quantify future market risks and competitive landscape shifts
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynote speeches)
- Advise leadership on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Manage innovation pipeline with 18-36 month horizons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Strong data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Proficiency with futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience in tech, sustainability, or healthcare sectors preferred
