- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling futuristic solutions with MVP validation
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Establish industry partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Monitor horizon scanning metrics to refine strategic priorities and mitigate future risks
- Mentor innovation teams in futures-thinking methodologies and trend analysis techniques
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD/Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in translating future trends into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR, CFS) required
