- Author high-impact trend reports and innovation roadmaps for cross-functional stakeholders
- Facilitate future-state workshops with global partners and industry consortia
- Quantify emerging opportunities through market sizing and risk-assessment methodologies
- Champion ethical innovation principles in technology development and deployment
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future concepts
- Experience with quantitative foresight tools (e.g., Delphi methods, causal layered analysis)
