- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports for C-suite executives and board members
- Curate and host exclusive Future Forums with industry luminaries and academic partners
- Drive patent development for breakthrough innovations with IP legal counsel
- Establish KPIs to measure long-term innovation ROI and strategic alignment
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight at Fortune 500 companies
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (Harvard Business Review/MIT Tech Review)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology roadmapping
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 5+ year market impact
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., WFS, CFTE) or equivalent
