Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technology and societal trends
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability sectors
- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive market shifts and systemic risks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster future-ready organizational capabilities
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into development pipelines
- Publish thought leadership on emerging technologies and their societal implications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their disruptive potential
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Published work on technological disruption or future-oriented business models
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
