Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps aligning with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and market readiness
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex concepts
- Track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
- Published work on technological singularity or societal impact
