Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities for 2026+
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and emerging paradigms
- Champion cross-functional innovation sprints and prototyping initiatives for future-facing solutions
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and boards to drive data-driven decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes for strategic advantages
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and emerging tech adoption
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation, corporate foresight, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech domains
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFPS) or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic roadmapping frameworks
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence C-suite decisions
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies required
