Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030

- Facilitate innovation workshops with C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Author forward-looking white papers and scenario-planning frameworks
- Drive prototype development of futuristic concepts using rapid iteration methodologies
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or technology foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or innovation frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and technology adoption curves
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive leadership
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences
