Responsibilities

- Deliver executive briefings translating complex foresight insights into actionable strategic priorities
- Architect the company's 5-year innovation roadmap aligning with technological singularity trajectories
- Cultivate an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors through curated symposiums
- Integrate ethical foresight principles into AI and biotechnology development pipelines
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (whitepapers, journals)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, CFS) preferred
