- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast industry disruptions and innovation gaps
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership for executive stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks for tracking innovation maturity and future-readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (GenAI, Web3, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
