Responsibilities
- Forecast technological disruptions and market shifts through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Conduct scenario planning for regulatory, ethical, and societal implications of emerging tech
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry forums
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
- Manage a portfolio of moonshot projects with $5M+ innovation budgets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum, neurotech, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic concepts to commercial viability
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario modeling)
