Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies (3+ products)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Executive presence with C-level stakeholder management experience
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Future Studies (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or tech foresight
