Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions

- Identify emerging technologies with 5-10 year commercialization potential
- Design patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human augmentation
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and UN Innovation Summits
- Mentor a cross-functional team of futurists, engineers, and designers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Technology Review)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech domains
- Fluency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
