Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop and implement corporate innovation frameworks and strategic foresight methodologies
- Lead high-impact R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members with data-driven insights
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic concepts into commercial roadmaps
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author white papers and thought leadership content on emerging tech paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related technical field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in future-focused journals or industry publications
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary innovation teams in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
