Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptors to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Author thought leadership reports and present findings to executive stakeholders
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with innovation hubs and academic institutions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D with proven impact on future planning
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities with data-driven storytelling skills
- Experience presenting complex foresight concepts to C-level audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementation
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD, APF) strongly preferred
