Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ market disruptions across AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Develop strategic roadmaps for C-suite clients integrating exponential technologies
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and risk mitigation strategies
- Author thought leadership reports published in industry journals and conferences
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify ROI of future-focused initiatives through predictive modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing executable future scenarios for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks and predictive analytics tools
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent preferred
