Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, societal, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks to accelerate product development cycles
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and executive teams to align strategic roadmaps
- Present trend forecasts and innovation strategies to C-suite and stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to generate and prototype future concepts
- Monitor competitive landscapes and emerging technologies for strategic advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching tech-driven products or services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and storytelling techniques
- Experience with AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech preferred
- Certification in Innovation Management or Futures Studies a plus
