Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis to identify 2026-2030 market shifts
- Architect innovation roadmaps for clients in AI, biotech, sustainable tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop human-centered frameworks for future-proofing organizational capabilities and workforce transformation
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives through compelling narratives and data-driven storytelling
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist experts, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-state solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects with measurable impact
