Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and sociocultural shifts to predict 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Author thought leadership reports on future workforce and industry transformation
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate emerging startups
- Design organizational resilience frameworks for technological singularity preparation
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience developing foresight tools for Fortune 500 organizations
- Published thought leadership on future of work or industry disruption
- Proficiency in foresight platforms (e.g., Kumu, Foresight Platform)
