Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and translate insights into actionable 2026 roadmaps
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for global market disruptions
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Create executive briefings on technology adoption curves and societal impacts
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and future-readiness
- Mentor cross-functional teams in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Innovation Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or technology innovation roles
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFIP, Foresight Essentials)
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-suite audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
