Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual technology horizon reports for 2026+ market trends
- Design strategic frameworks for quantum-AI convergence and decentralized ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish partnerships with academic research labs (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Curate the annual 'Future Forward' industry summit
- Mentor junior futurists through our Anticipatory Leadership Program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or Futurology
- Minimum 5 years in strategic innovation consulting or R&D leadership
- Published research on quantum computing applications or neural-symbolic AI
- Deep understanding of Web3 infrastructure and decentralized identity systems
- Proven experience translating complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Certification in Scenario Planning or Foresight Methodology
