- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends and emerging market signals
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for strategic decision-making under uncertainty
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Build and maintain an international network of futurists and domain experts
- Translate foresight into actionable product development priorities and investment thesis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 7+ years strategic planning experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technological forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
