- Analyze global megatrends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate resilience) to identify 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating exponential technologies with human-centered design principles
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 partners
- Architect innovation frameworks bridging R&D labs with commercialization pipelines
- Present trend forecasts to investors and board members driving $500M+ portfolios
- Mentor emerging futurists through our Future Leaders Academy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (AI/ML, synthetic biology, quantum)
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Advanced certification in scenario planning (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis for 2026+ horizons
- Experience with biotech/AI convergence ecosystems
