Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, economic, and environmental domains
- Develop and publish strategic foresight reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Design and facilitate scenario planning workshops for C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives from ideation to implementation
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry experts
- Translate complex future scenarios into product development roadmaps and business opportunities
- Present strategic insights to internal teams and external partners through compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into executable business strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to executive audiences
- Strong network within innovation ecosystems and futurist communities
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic innovation projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or University of Houston) preferred
