Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate adaptation frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational capabilities with future market demands
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging challenges in urbanization and resource scarcity
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting global innovation ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, biotech governance, or circular economy models
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional visualization and storytelling skills for communicating futuristic concepts
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
